A TOD area was therefore established for Candiac Station and its future development. The City of Candiac was chosen by the CMM within the PMAD to undertake an innovative project for Candiac’s TOD area. The City is set on creating a harmonious project of the utmost quality, focused on promoting sustainable development practices such as bioretention for rainwater management, and construction standards in line with sustainable development principles.
