KAIA PROJECT: A “LEEDER”
IN THE FIELD
IN THE FIELD
While your satisfaction remains our greatest reward, many of our projects also bring us a great sense of pride. Case in point, our new Kaia project in which each and every unit is LEED certified.
WHAT IS LEED CERTIFICATION?
More than just a title, LEED certification is a mark of excellence that guarantees superior craftsmanship for our buyers. It also positions our real estate project as a leader in sustainable housing.
THE ECOLOGICAL VALUE OF HOUSING
Available in approximately 160 countries, LEED certification is awarded to real estate projects that adhere to the highest environmental standards, reaching far beyond mandatory building standards.
From the design to the proximity to public transit, materials to resources, each decision and each action is taken into account to measure the ecological value of the housing units.
GOOD FOR OUR PLANET
LEED-certified builds can consume up to half as much water as standard buildings. They also produce a significantly lower amount of harmful emissions, such as volatile organic compounds (OVC), and promote the use of eco-friendly materials.
When building eco-friendly units, nothing is left to chance. All decisions are made with the same goal: to reduce the environmental footprint of new builds, while increasing comfort and perks for owners or renters.
ADVANTAGES FOR OWNERS AND RENTERS
Standing as models in terms of innovation, both regarding material choices and construction methods, LEED-certified buildings offer residents unmatched comfort while lowering power bills.
LEED certification thus enables greater sustainability, energy savings of up to 30%, a reduction of up to 50% in water consumption, enhanced indoor air quality and increased resale value (approximately 8% higher sales price and shorter selling time than other units or businesses).
